Brian Taylor: Municipal Mutual

In July 2009, after years of not taking advantage of current technology, Municipal Mutual started developing a company website for the benefit of its customers and agency force. Municipal President and CEO Brian Taylor first spoke with some current NAMIC Web Services clients and visited the Web Services display booth at a convention, where he met the staff. Shortly thereafter, Municipal and NAMIC began work on the site.

"I can't believe the amount of information involved and how hands on NAMIC's staff allows each company to be," Taylor said of the process. "It was like Municipal was their sole client. NAMIC's service and support were outstanding."

The web service personnel have helped us design a very user friendly site for customers searching for an agent or making payments. Our Agency force are able to turn in claims, make sweep payments and download daily work from our insurance portal as well as creating quotes and uploading applications. Our Board Members now have a site that was just completed to get Board Minutes and Financials online which they are very excited about.
